Rifles, Shotguns, Handguns (Bows, Blowguns, and Slingshots, too); a discussion area to tout your favorite weapons (Although The Coyote God position is well-known, and those who advocate various Cannons can expect to be villified).

Coyote Dogs
Dogs add a whole new element to a calling stand; whether you want a decoy or a tolling dog or something to help you trail up a cripple or just a hunting buddy (because no one else will hunt with you), this is the place to gather information and make your decision

Humorous Stuff
Here's a place for all of you funny fellas (and ladies) to post; I've laughed hard many a time while hunting or calling, and I'm sure that you have too, so here's the place to tell the story about your buddy, the owl, and the river that he ended up in

And if in this I should fall, let me be found atop a pile of brass, behind the wall I made of their corpses."

Specific Discussion
Mike Harter has been telling me for years that political discussion didn't add anything to the House of the Coyote God, and I stubbornly resisted that idea, but I've had a sudden epiphany, and realized that I should have taken my own advice about teaching pigs to sing. Therefore any political discussion is herewith flatly banned; talk about anything else that you like. If you miss politics, start a Blog; that's what I've done.

Tech Talk With S. Frame
Want to know about twists, loads, bedding, triggers, powder burn rates, muzzle energy, trajectories, internal ballistics, O.A.L's, or any other mysterious stuff? Frame has garnered an enviable reputation on the 'Net as a resource for that kind of thing (And besides, in the Kingdom of the Blind, the One-Eyed man rules, and if you're like me, your technical expertise extends to stuffing a round in the chamber and stroking the trigger)

.17 Caliber rifles for sale/trade
Due to overwhelming interest in owning a .17 (and who can condemn that; the opportunity to own a .17 is on par with a date with a Playboy Centerfold, except the joy lasts a lot longer) I've created this forum for ads and offers and "wassups" on .17 caliber rifles. If you stumble across one, feel free to post it here; the joyful word is spreading all over the place, and it's nice that we can do our part

2007 Rendezvous
Come and enjoy the Haggis recipe that we use to make the annual Haggis pie to be eaten at the John-Henry winter rondy. It is made of liver, lights, and oatmeal all cooked in the paunch of a bobcat and washed down with Missouri moonshine. The festivities include mirth, songs, dancing, shouting, trading, running, jumping, singing, racing, target-shooting, yarns, frolic, with all sorts of extravagances that white men or Indians can invent. Ya might even shoot at a coyote.
