I have been trying to get in touch with someone concerning this video. I have not been able to get any reply. Can anyone tell me if this video is still advailable and how to go about purchasing it.

Their is only one and I think, to the best of my knowledge anyway, it is and has been out of production. At some point there may be a DVD version and if there is it will be announced here.
