That post on the large caliber airguns got me to thinking about something. A while back I was intriuged with building my own PCP Air Rifle, probably a bigger bore piece. On researching the net for information on the subject I learned that there was a book published in the U.K. on how to build a pre-charged airgun. It was supposedly pretty complete and a very good reference. You wouldn't by chance be able to locate a copy of that book for me would you??? I'll look around and find the title and author for you if you wouldn't mind trying to locate one for me. Over hear they are pretty impossible to get ahold of.

Hi Matt
I just picked up the pm to me and I will do all I can to help you.
I'm not personally into air weapons and am not up with the latest ideas and designs but I know that there are some very tech type weapons that are out there that are charged up by air from diving cylinders or have pre charged cartridges like twelve bore size.
In this country air weapons are legally controlled by the muzzle energy that they produce. if the energy is over 12ft/lbs then they have to go on a firearms certificate. >>> Hoops to jump through to have one.
